This body-weight, mat based class will target the abs and booty! Flow through a series of core and glute activation exercises designed to tighten and tone. Be ready to feel the burn in all the right places.

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before the class start time. After this grace period, we will begin accommodating guests from the waitlist, which means there is a possibility of losing your spot if you arrive late. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.
