Priority Registration for classes will start October 1st at 9am for Attendees staying at Seafire resort. Attendees not staying at the resort will be able to register/sign-up for sessions starting Tuesday October 15th at 9am.

Pilates Mat Work Session which emphasizes strengthening of your core muscles , including abdominal, back and pelvic floor. This is a more traditional Pilates class suitable for any level and teaches essential and functional movement.

We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 5 minutes after the class start time. After this grace period, we will begin accommodating guests from the waitlist, which means there is a possibility of losing your spot if you arrive late. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated.

The Seafire Social Media Squad will be discreetly documenting the class, maintaining a quiet presence just like graceful cats. We understand the importance of preserving the peaceful atmosphere and ensuring your experience remains undisturbed.
